This is the heaviest layer in the system. With home camera, home speaker, skills, and plugins, it brings reminders, observation, tracking, and feedback into your real environment.

分层架构,每一层各司其职。 Layered architecture — each layer has a dedicated role.

  • home camera:在明确边界内辅助观察习惯发生与否。 home camera: helps observe whether a routine happened within clear boundaries.
  • home speaker:在合适时点做自然提醒、口头确认和节奏推动。 home speaker: handles natural reminders, spoken check-ins, and momentum cues.
  • skills 与 plugins:把 habit tracking、日志记录、健康提示和工作流串起来。 skills and plugins: connect habit tracking, logging, health prompts, and workflow orchestration.

让反馈在生活里出现,而不是只在复盘时才出现。 Move feedback into life instead of waiting for reflection time.

  • 早晨:根据你的设定做启动提醒和状态确认。 Morning: startup reminders and simple status confirmation.
  • 白天:在你容易掉线的时段做交互式提醒与习惯追踪。 Daytime: interactive reminders and habit tracking during drift-prone hours.
  • 晚上:用更节制的方式给你健康 insights 和复盘建议。 Evening: restrained health insights and reflection prompts.

前提是它必须可控、可解释,而且真的服务于健康目标。 It only works if it stays controllable, explainable, and clearly in service of health goals.

  • 只在约定场景里启用交互与观察,不做无边界的持续监控。 Interaction and observation happen only in agreed contexts, not as open-ended surveillance.
  • 先定义你想追踪的习惯,再决定哪些设备参与。 Define the habits first, then decide which devices should participate.
  • 所有 insight 都应该能解释清楚“为什么这样判断”。 Every insight should be explainable in terms of why the system reached that conclusion.
